The WDS-20 digital electronic universal testing machine is suitable for tensile testing of materials such as rubber, plastic, textiles, waterproof materials, wires and cables, mesh ropes, metal wires, metal rods, metal plates, etc. It can also perform compression and bending tests with additional accessories. Mainly used for testing mechanical performance indicators such as tension, compression, and bending of various metal, non-metal, and composite materials. Through a precise automatic control and data acquisition system, full digital automation adjustment of the data acquisition and control process has been achieved, with automatic shutdown after the experiment is completed. It can accurately measure technical indicators such as tensile strength, elongation, and maximum test force of the sample.
The WDS-20 digital electronic universal testing machine is a gantry (double arm) frame structure, with the upper space for tensile testing and the lower space for compression and bending testing.
1. Speed control system: using AC servo motor and speed control system, with stable and reliable performance, and equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, overload and other protection devices.
2. Transmission mechanism: The transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and a precision ball screw pair for smooth transmission, low noise, and high transmission efficiency.
3. Attachment connection: The universal joint adopts a cross pin structure and has a swing angle limiting function. On the one hand, it is convenient for sample clamping, ensuring the concentricity of the test, and on the other hand, it effectively eliminates the influence of irregular samples on the sensor.
4. Operating system: Touch key operation mode, real-time display on LCD monitor, fully Chinese operation, overcomes the problem of easy malfunction of old-fashioned digital tube display, and is beautiful, elegant, convenient and fast.
5. Automatic display: Throughout the entire testing process, the LCD displays the test force and peak value in real-time.
6. Automatic control: After inputting the test parameters, the test process can be automatically completed.
7. Sample judgment: After the sample breaks, the moving crossbeam automatically stops moving.
8. Limit protection: It has two levels of mechanical and programmable limit protection functions.
9. Special attachments: In addition to standard stretching or compression attachments, special attachments can also be provided according to user needs.
